Highlights in July

An early morning a philosophizing hare was resting on the terrace. Where were his thoughts we wonder? Maybe he was thinking about the "strimlus graphosom" which were totally peeling off the lovage and the chervil in front of him. Or about the wagtail feeding its chicks on the roof.
Garden news this year: Now there are holyhocks in many artistic colours like carmine, ivory black, purple, violet, cerise, white, coral and yellow. And a surprise - we planted seeds from a prairie gay feather several years ago - and suddenly this year it turned up! Last year´s draught may have instigated the plant.

The philosophizing hare.
